Unitymedia - Kick-Off

Two telecommunications companies, “Kabel BW”, which operates in Baden-Württemberg, and “Unitymedia”, which operates in NRW and Hesse, are merging. At a large kick-off event, employees will get to know each other, anxieties will be dispelled, and visions for the future will be presented in a relaxed summer festival atmosphere.

Concept and Realization

Under the motto “Growing Together”, movendi is developing an event format that strongly involves employees - with numerous workshops, activities and interactions - thus breaking down the barriers between the “new” colleagues. The official part focuses on a stage program in which the emotional side of the company merger is in the foreground: with suitable show acts, a jointly sung company song, the creation of the new company logo by a giant puzzle and many other interactive elements. With success: At the final party, everyone celebrates as a homogeneous group until late into the night!
