Flick Gocke Schaumburg - Kick-Off

A law and auditing firm in the Cologne/Bonn area is moving into a new building with its staff. This is to be inaugurated as part of an event in the building's impressive atrium. The focus here will be on staging the extraordinary architecture.

Concept and Realization

First, the 2,000 square meter atrium must be declared as an event space. In close cooperation with the architect, the client and the authorities, movendi develops a safety concept for this purpose. A particular challenge is the planned laser show, for which the fully automatic fire alarm and smoke extraction system must be switched off. The enthusiastic guests are unaware of the compensatory measures and enjoy an unforgettable evening, during which the multimedia room staging was certainly the highlight. The great band “Glamour Gems” then laid the foundation for a party until the early hours of the morning.
