For several years, movendi has been developing a conference format twice a year in which the emotional factor plays an important role - starting with the research of an extraordinary conference location and hotels, through the conference dramaturgy with suitable speakers to the incentive and team building. The biggest challenge here is to inspire the very heterogeneous group again and again and to find very different team building measures. For example, there is a rugby training in spring and a wine hike in autumn. Geocaching or mountain biking appeal to both creative thinking and sporting challenge. A highlight was certainly raft building with a subsequent race and the match race with original America's Cup sailing boats.
