Every year, the telecommunications provider Unitymedia organizes a summer festival for all employees from North Rhine-Westphalia, Hesse, and Baden-Württemberg. Each time, the festival is given a new, catchy motto that dictates the location selection and dramaturgy. Ideally, employees are encouraged to show up in costume.
Following the successful festivals of previous years on the themes of pirates, knights, cowboys, Brazil, and more, movendi developed the motto “Let the sunshine in” and, with the “Brauhauswiesen” located directly on the Rhine near Koblenz, centrally located between the federal states, found the ideal location. The motto was excellently received by the employees, and there was hardly anyone who did not come in a stylish costume. A meaningful costume award further fueled the imagination of the guests. The colorfully designed location and matching entertainment quickly created a great atmosphere. Various interactive activities, such as the “Bonanza-Rad-Parcours” or “Hula-Hoop-Contest”, enjoyed great participation. After the exuberant party deep into the night, the guests, inspired by the “summer of Love”, were driven home and all agreed: “That was one of the best summer festivals we have ever experienced!”
