Zooplus AG - Kick-Off

Zooplus AG, Europe's leading online retailer of pet supplies, is planning the first international supplier conference in the company's history. The occasion is the company's 20th anniversary and the introduction of the new Marketing and Sales Director. They want to present a brief review of the company's rapid development, but above all the strategy for the coming years. In addition, the first advertising campaign will be presented. The international suppliers have high expectations for the event, and so does the company for the event agency.

Concept and Realization

movendi develops the event motto “ready for take off” and finds the right setting for the conference in the former BMW aircraft engine hall in Munich. In close cooperation with zooplus, a conference dramaturgy is developed - with several film clips, captivating presentations and an interactive talk session, in which the guests could ask their emerging questions to the management via APP in “livetime”. The integration of artistic performances loosened up the classic conference parts and made them entertaining. The elaborately staged unveiling of the new advertising campaign, with light and sound effects, formed the conclusion of a successful conference. After the conference, everyone moves to the typically Bavarian and rustic atmosphere of the legendary Augustiner Fest-Saal. Communication is the focus here, and the well-known Oktoberfest band “Müchner Zwietracht” provides a great atmosphere.
