Sparkasse Aachen would like to thank its employees and their families for repeated successful business years with a large summer party. Communication and togetherness should be in the foreground. At the same time, the topics of “health and digitality” should be integrated without too much didactics.

Concept and Realization

movendi is developing a concept that does justice to the very heterogeneous group of guests - from young to old. The basis is a family celebration in the style of a street food festival. A huge umbrella protects against potential rain and sunshine and at the same time invites guests to the covered “Plaza” to follow the varied entertainment program on the truck stage. Interactive games and extraordinary walking acts, on the one hand, contribute to the desired topic and, on the other hand, ensure the best entertainment throughout the day.

There was only one problem: the mood among all the guests was so good that no one wanted to go home. An extension of two hours was able to calm the spirits.
