The movendi customer infas from Bonn, the quality brand for market research in Germany, is merging with the globally operating Ipsos. movendi wins the pitch for the first joint kick-off event for all employees with a creative event concept that is intended to unite the employees of both companies - under the motto “Growing together to grow together”.
movendi takes care of a smooth process from the start. The creative invitation management with a meaningful registration portal ensures an exceptionally high registration rate. The journeys from all over Germany are handled smoothly and all 700 expected guests arrive on time at noon at the scene of the event. The proposed Hall Tor 2 in Cologne with its diverse rooms and possibilities is the ideal location for a truly “moving” event. On site, the entire C-level, standing in a guard of honor, personally welcomes the employees.
In cooperation with the consulting agency “Lead Forward”, which developed the conference content, the guests experience a conference dramaturgy that constantly invites them to new things. Interactive formats, reverse Q&As, workshop panels and mood boards encourage exchange and reflection. The constant change between the rooms creates an unusual, activating dynamic and thus supports the mixing of the employees of both companies.
