The Körber Logistics umbrella brand unites ten different international companies. For the first time, the top managers of all the companies have been invited to a joint conference in the Black Forest to develop synergies and formulate common goals.
On behalf of the communication agency “Die Wortwerkstatt”, movendi is developing an incentive day in which the top managers get to know each other through a joint activity. The randomly assembled teams build 6 stations from various materials, which are finally assembled into a chain reaction to ignite a small fireworks display.
The message is clear - the goal can only be achieved through teamwork!
In addition to the educational effect, the fun is not neglected here, as in the subsequent “Snow Challenge” and on the evening in the cabin.
